What's the difference between Realty Executives' Realtors and
those at other real estate companies? Experience. Our real estate
agents average more years in the real estate profession than any
other real estate company. Because a Realty Executives real estate
agent (Executive) typically represents more buyers and sellers
than the average realtor, we know what it takes to achieve the
best possible result for you in the shortest period of time - whether
you're out home buying or selling homes.
Expect Our Realtors To Provide Personal Service
Even though our Executives (real estate agents) serve more clients
than any other real estate companies, you'll always feel like you
are a priority. That's because we support each Executive (real
estate agent) with the tools they need to make the most of every
client relationship, giving them the time they need to be by your
side throughout the entire process.
Expect Strength Beyond Other Real Estate Companies
With realtor offices strategically located worldwide, you're never
far from the power of Realty Executives. From New York to Los Angeles,
or Australia to Canada, we cover the real estate market like no
one else. Realty Executives is a name trusted worldwide. With nearly
800 realtor offices in more than 20 countries, you'll be plugged
in to our exclusive network of real estate agents, residential
and commercial real estate listings, land for sale and potential
homebuyers.
Expect A Realty Expert
No matter what your goal is, you can work with a real estate agent
specializing in your area of real estate interest. From residential
homes for sale and commercial real estate listings to land for
sale, real estate investment property, relocation and property
management, a Realty Executives real estate agent can help you
reach your goal while removing stress from the process.
Expect Realty Executives' Support
At Realty Executives, we give your real estate agent the marketing
power they need to find the buyer for any homes for sale, commercial
real estate, or land for sale you ask us to represent. By reaching
more people more often, we'll bring more buyers to your door to
improve your chances of not only selling your home quickly, but
for the best possible price. Then, we'll help you find the perfect
real estate listing for your next home.
Expect Cooperation From Other Companies
Realty Executives International also has close relationships with
related real estate companies all across the globe. For employees
moving or relocating to just about anywhere in the world, they
feel better knowing that we'll be there to help them get settled
in and find the right real estate listing.
Expect Realtor Excellence
At Realty Executives International, we never forget that you are
the customer. Our job is to ensure a stress-free and rewarding
real estate experience. Your Executive (real estate agent) will
prove time and time again that they will do whatever it takes to
exceed your expectations. That's exactly what it takes to be an
Realty Executives real estate agent, and we believe you deserve
Excellence!
Expect Long-Term Success
You will need to have more than a business relationship
with your clients, be available when problems in the transaction
occur and the person needs reassurance or to simply vent some frustration.
You will be much more than just a real estate professional; you
will also have a personal relationship with your clients that is
an essential part of the exceptional customer service that is required.
Successful real estate agents' long-term success is often closely
tied to referral business and repeat customers. Successful Realtors
understand the independent nature of the line of work they have
chosen and dedicate significant time, energy, and effort to building
a successful business for themselves. To be a top producer in real
estate takes business planning, patience, people skills, and resilience
in addition to many other sub sets of skills. New Agents will need
a financial reserve to get them through the first six to twelve
months in the business to pay household and personal expenses in
addition to start-up and marketing costs related to their new real
estate sales business. You will need self-motivation, be a self-starter,
conscientious, disciplined, and organized. People skills are the
number one skill for you to be successful. People skills include
building rapport, problem solving, active listening, assimilating
needs and wants, and emotional resilience. Real estate consumers
expect and deserve an ethical and professional real estate experience.
You will need to respect all kinds of people, personalities, ethnic
groups, and lifestyles.
Real estate is increasingly a technology driven business. You
will need to have or learn to use at a minimum a personal computer,
digital camera, and e-mail and software programs to create effective
marketing pieces and efficiently manage your time. The majority
of real estate consumers today expect real estate agents to be
able to email listings, arrange virtual tours, and have an Internet
presence.
